До гостиницы Podere Terreno, находящейся между Флоренцией и Сиеной, добираться немного сложнее — дороги в этом районе Кьянти похуже. Обстановка в семи комнатах деревенского дома XVI века довольно аскетичная, хотя в номерах есть душевые кабины. Обед сервируют на террасе, увитой виноградом, а в холодное время года — в столовой с камином. Готовят и подают хозяева — Роберто Мелози и Мари-Сильви Анье. Здесь можно поужинать и не будучи клиентом гостиницы, только заказывать придется заранее. Однажды при мне Роберто позвонила иностранная клиентка, которая как раз хотела заказать столик, но требовала, чтобы в меню не было ни пасты (на нее аллергия), ни оливкового масла на чесноке. «Сударыня, вам надо в другую страну», — широко улыбаясь, ответил Роберто.

“It is a little bit difficult to reach Podere Terreno which is situated between Florence and Siena, as the roads in Chianti are very complex. The atmosphere in 6 rooms of the 16 th centuary house is antiquarian though there are bathrooms. The dinner is served in the terrace outside, but when it is cold the dinner is served inside. Cooking and serving are made by the owners. You can come for dinner even if you are not staying in the house but you should book in advance, One I heard when one woman called to book a place for dinner and talked by phone with Roberto, She asked that she is allergic to pasta and garlic oil. Roberto smiled and replied to her that she needs to go to another country))).
