GRAPPA PODERE TERRENO


The best    vinasse  of our grapes pots to obtain grappa. Distillation method :the   vinasse  are distilled in a traditional way by steam thru a sophisticate copper alembic. Copper helps obtaining a faultless distilled product and allows to optimize its full organolectic qualities.


ACETO di Chianti Classico


Podere Terreno ,vi negar is obtained by San Giovese and Canaiolo grapes, after slow acidification traditional procedure. Refined in small oak barrels, it betrays a light bouquet, perfect with many dishes and salads. In 3 versions : natural – with rosmarin and tyme.

There is also a balsamic vinegar made in Modena with our grapes.
