Pierfrancesco 2004
The wine is composed of 90% Sangiovese Grosso and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Altitude: 450 mt above sea level
Exposure: South-South West
Soil: well structured clay and stone.
Alcohol: 13,15 %
Fermentation takes place in vats of 5.000 lts.
Pierfrancesco 2004 is then aged in 225 lt. Barriques for about 16 months.
After bottling, a further aging of 6 months in cellar.
Its youthful personality, quite fruity but also firm is due to a careful selection of grapes and advanced wine-making techniques.
Although this wine will benefit from further aging, it can also be enjoyed immediately.
This wine is excellent with stews, pot roast, red meat in aromatic dressings, fowl and game.

Delivery in 6 Bottles cases (bottles of Lt. 0,75)
Raggiato Merlot 2004
Our Raggiato is 100 % Merlot.
Exposure: Sud – Est
Altitude: 440 meter above sea level
Soil: well structured clay and stone
Alcohol: 13,65
Fermentation takes place in 20 hls steel containers and temperature is carefully controlled so as to maintain it within 22 degrees (celtius) maceration, lasts about 20 days, so as to obtain a maximum output of colour and aromas from the shell.
Afterwords aging in 225 liters barriques for about 12/16 months. Once bottled, wine rests in bottles for 6 months for proper refiring.
The young personality, quite fruity but well-set, is obtained by an accurate selection of grapes and vinification techniques. This way, we can improve the body of this wine , ready then for lengthy aging, as well as early drinking. The vwine goes very well with stews, red meats quite spiced, gome servings
