The Philosophy of production<\/h1>\n\t<\/div> [vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/6″][vc_column_text]In the winemaking process, as few manipulations as possible are applied to preserve the typicity<\/strong>, the quality<\/strong> of the flavors and the genuineness of what the land has transmitted to the grapes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/6″][vc_column_text]We believe that producing a wine that reflects the territorial<\/strong> identity, a daily work in the vineyard<\/strong> is essential, and in the cellar<\/strong> with a minimal intervention on the grapes, enhancing<\/strong> the diversity<\/strong> of each individual vineyard.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_gallery interval=”0″ images=”3509,3512,3497,3500″ img_size=”full” onclick=””][vc_row_inner disable_element=”yes”][vc_column_inner width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/6″]\n\t

La Vendemmia<\/h4>\n\t\t\t

La vendemmia \u00e8 manuale in piccole cassette ed in cantina un\u2019ulteriore selezione viene effettuata prima della vinificazione. Nel processo produttivo utilizziamo vasche di misure e materiali differenti per poter lavorare sulle diverse peculiarit\u00e0 delle nostre uve, effettuando selezioni parcellari e intra-parcellari, e conseguenti micro vinificazioni in modo da disporre di un\u2019ampia palette di diversi Sangiovese da esaltare con l\u2019arte del blending per comporre la pi\u00f9 alta espressione del territorio di Podere Terreno.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div> [\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/6″]\n\t

La Fermentazione<\/h4>\n\t\t\t

La fermentazione avviene a temperatura controllata, l'anidride solforosa viene aggiunta solo quando necessario e il vino non viene filtrato: i sedimenti vengono rimossi con delicati travasi ed il vino riposa nella nostra cantina a temperatura controllata per proseguire naturalmente il processo di chiarifica, prima dell'imbottigliamento.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div> [\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″]\n\t

The Harvest<\/h4>\n\t\t\t

The harvest is manual<\/strong> in small crates and a further selection<\/strong> is made in the winemaking facility. In the production process we use tanks of different sizes and materials to be able to work on the different peculiarities of our grapes, making parcel and intra-parcel selections<\/strong> and micro-vinifications <\/strong> in order to have a wide palette of different Sangiovese<\/strong> to enhance with the art of blending<\/strong> to create the highest expression of the Podere Terreno.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div> [\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″]\n\t

The winemaking process<\/h4>\n\t\t\t

The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature<\/strong>, sulfur dioxide is added only when necessary and the wine is not filtered: the sediments are removed with delicate rackings <\/strong> and the wine rests in our cellar at a controlled temperature to naturally continue the clarification process, before bottling. In the ageing cellar there are vessels of different sizes and materials (tonneaux, truncated-cone Austrian oak vats and concrete vats). In this way we can exploit the different properties of each container to enhance the peculiarities of the wine according to the grape and therefore the related parcel. In this way, the nuances of Sangiovese <\/strong> are obtained which differ in aromas, structure, finesse, and thanks to the art of blending, contribute to enhance the expressions of the terroir of Podere Terreno wines.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div> [\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner disable_element=”yes”][vc_column_inner width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/6″]\n\t
