Terroir: “Terreno”, Volpaia, Radda in Chianti, Siena, (Italia)
Vinification and Ageing: Selective hand-harvest, whole berry destemmed, fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature and ageing for 12 months in large oak barrels and about 3 months in the bottle.
Sensory profile: intense ruby colour, on the nose shows intensity in the notes of red fruit including cherry, plum, a floral note of violet, herbs, juniper berries. On the palate has a good structure, a linear body thanks to the freshness and crispy acidity, the notes of fruit and earthy character return to the finish with an elegant and well-defined tannin.
Food pairing: grilled meat, steak and mid-seasoned cheese.

Vinification and Ageing: Selection of grapes from the oldest vineyard of the winery (1986). Selective hand- harvest, whole berry destemmed, fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, ageing for 3 years in 10 Hl French oak barrels. It is released after 3-6 months of bottle-ageing.
Sensory profile: intense ruby, profound notes of ripe red fruit including cherry, plum, berries, enriched by the complexity of spices such as notes of tobacco, black pepper, and balsamic hints. The taste has a linear entrance where in the mid-palate it shows its structure given by the concentration of the fruit, the rich refined tannin and the freshness on the long finish.
Food pairing: Long-cooked, stewed, braised meats, gamy food, aged cheese.

Vinification: selective picking grape, Whole berry destemming, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 30days, pump-over and delestage throughout the fermentation.
Aging: aged 1 year in French oak wood barrel (capacity 10 Hl) and 3 monts
Sensory profile: Intense ruby red colored. The nose is expressed with a certain complexity of flavors characterized by notes of ripe red berried fruit, spices, and aromatic sensations. In the mouth, it’s full and rich, with velvety and elegant tannins and a warm and enveloping mineral finish.
